For service calls and refunds please contact Business and Auxiliary Services at 404-880-6710. The refund limit is $1.00. If you made a purchase using cash there is a form that must be completed prior to receiving your refund. If your purchase was made using a credit card you will need to contact your financial institution to discuss a refund.

The following information is needed to process a service call and/or a refund:

- Service calls: The machine ID number and a brief description of the issues are needed
- Refunds: The machine ID number, the name and price of the product
